Studio-L

Studio-L, founded in 1993 and based in Causeni, is the oldest regional television station in southeastern Moldova. It serves a vulnerable region highly exposed to disinformation, addressing a critical information gap as the sole licensed media outlet in the area. Studio-L’s mission is to provide accurate, reliable information in a region where misinformation is prevalent and to engage its local audience with content aimed at building an innovative and sustainable society in southeastern Moldova. Studio-L covers local events and issues often overlooked by national media, producing content on a range of topics including education, civic engagement, and society. Studio-L operates across three main platforms: television, its website, and social media.

With the support of the International Fund, the outlet plans to strengthen its position as the leading regional media outlet in southeastern Moldova, expand reach, and enhance the quality of content - including by upgrading their studio in Causeni.
