ADEPA

The Asociacion de Entidades Periodisticas Argentinas (Adepa, Argentina) is a nonprofit organization, created in 1962, dedicated to defending press freedom, promoting access to information, and ensuring journalistic independence. With a strong reputation in Argentina, Adepa has a membership of 180 media partners. With the International Fund's support, Adepa aims to create a platform to study global regulation, advocate for content ownership rights, and address issues like algorithm opacity and government advertising regulation that impacts media sustainability. In addition, Adepa will continue to strengthen its network of partners to enhance its work by focusing on sustainability, professional training, and intellectual property.
