Senior Strategy Manager, Strategy and Portfolio

As Senior Strategy Manager, Tommaso leads the International Fund’s strategy development function. He collaborates closely with the Executive Team and the Board to shape the Fund’s multi-year strategic priorities and operating model. Tommaso also chairs the Grant-making, Learning, and Impact Committee, an advisory and decision-making body that reviews new grants and programs, sets yearly programmatic objectives (in line with the Fund’s overall strategy), and evaluates impact.

Prior to joining the International Fund, Tommaso was Senior Project Manager at Dalberg Advisors, a strategy consultancy specialized in the international development and social impact work, where he advised clients from a range of sectors – including global health, climate, food security – on strategy, investment planning, and organizational effectiveness. He began his career at the World Bank, working as a Junior Professional Associate in the Office of the Vice President for the Africa Region.

Tommaso is part of the Strategy and Operations team and is based in Paris.
