Thomas Wilkinson

Thomas is the Senior Associate for Grants and Programmes in Eastern Europe, working closely with IFPIM’s donors to monitor and evaluate grant cycles across the region, including country and regional funding call initiatives. Additionally, Tom supports initiatives to strengthen IFPIM’s donor relationships and resourcing by ensuring program compliance via donor reporting.

Tom’s previous experience lies in intergovernmental liaison roles and multilateral development. Prior to joining the International Fund, Tom has held professional positions across several United Nations Secretariats and Funds, including UN Peacekeeping, the UN Population Fund, and UN Women. His project coordination roles for these organisations have included digital communications, editorial production, and monitoring and reporting.

Tom holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of London, and an MA in Gender Studies from the University of Gothenburg. He is part of the International Fund's Eastern Europe Regional Team and is based in Paris.
