Robyn Ellis

As Chief of Staff, Robyn plays a central role in driving organizational effectiveness at the International Fund. She works across the organisation to build connection, maintain strategic coherence and keep information flowing. Robyn oversees cross-functional projects. and partners closely with the Executive Team and the Board to facilitate timely decision-making, and set priorities that ensure the organisation delivers on its mission.

Robyn has extensive experience working at grant-making organisations, having previously worked at Wellcome and Luminate. Before joining IFPIM, Robyn was Chief of Staff at Luminate, where she led on strategy development and supported the expansion of the organisation’s Board.

Robyn is part of the Strategy & Operations team and based in the UK.
