Oumoukantome Dieng

Oumoukantome is the International Fund's Regional Manager for Africa and the Middle East, bringing over ten years of experience in grant management, partnership development, program coordination and compliance within various complex contexts across Africa.
Prior to joining the Fund, Oumoukantome was Grants, Partnerships, and Compliance Officer at Open Society Foundations Africa. In this role, she managed a significant portfolio of grants focused on women’s rights, justice and security, while ensuring rigorous compliance with organizational policies and requirements.
Oumoukantome holds a Master’s degree in administration and management, providing her with a solid foundation in effective organizational operations. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Oumoukantome is actively involved in community health initiatives through volunteer work at AGORA, a nonprofit organization aimed at improving health outcomes for vulnerable populations in Senegal.
