Nathan Carpenter

Nathan Carpenter is Senior Strategy and Risk Associate and a member of the International Fund's Strategy and Operations team. In this role, Nathan focuses on the development and implementation of strategic priorities, risk management, and the International Fund’s social and environmental responsibility and governance.

Nathan works cross-functionally to ensure compliance with policies and obligations, and to maintain robust internal procedures for smooth and secure systems and data management. In particular, he collaborates closely with colleagues on grant-making operations and portfolio management activities.

Prior to joining the International Fund, Nathan was the Director of Academic Peer Advising and Coordinator of Strategic Initiatives at Oberlin College.

Nathan is based in the International Fund’s headquarters in Paris, France.
