As the International Fund's HR Business Partner, Elodie collaborates closely with teams and leaders to strengthen HR practices and policies, drive operational excellence, and promote a healthy, high-impact work environment.

She brings over a decade of experience across diverse sectors including startups, automotive, broadcasting, and education and has worked within both private and public organizations. Her expertise spans employee relations, performance management, and process optimization in dynamic, international and multicultural settings.

Elodie joined the International Fund in early 2025, drawn by its strong mission and global impact in supporting independent media. She is committed to fostering a supportive, purpose-driven culture where people can thrive.

She holds a master’s degree in HR development from Paris 1 - Panthéon Sorbonne.
