Island Times

Islands Times is a twice-weekly printed newspaper in Palau, an island nation of 18,000 people. It is the largest paper in the country, acting as the main source of news for many Palauans. With the International Fund support, Island Times would craft a strategic plan that would enable the newspaper have a more successful transition to digital while mapping opportunities in a small market.
