IFPIM Akan Memberikan Dana Hibah Baru untuk Media-Media di Indonesia

International Fund for Public Interest Media (IFPIM) telah meluncurkan program hibah baru untuk mendukung sejumlah media terpilih di Indonesia selama tiga tahun ke depan. Hibah ini akan difokuskan untuk penyediaan panduan strategis dan bantuan keuangan bagi media yang terancam tutup, serta media yang ingin berinovasi dan mengatasi tantangan pasar secara struktural.

Program cohort akan mulai mendanai sekelompok penerima hibah tahun ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan perangkat yang diperlukan bagi media di Indonesia agar dapat terus menghasilkan karya jurnalisme yang berdampak dan menjamin kesuksesan jangka panjang. Selama tiga tahun, International Fund akan memberikan dana hibah, bersamaan dengan perencanaan strategis, konsultasi manajemen dan dukungan teknis dari para pakar industri ini. 

International Fund adalah dana multilateral yang dirancang untuk mendukung media yang berpihak pada kepentingan publik di negara-negara berpenghasilan rendah dan menengah melalui pemberian hibah langsung untuk mendukung keberlanjutan jangka panjang. Kami mendukung media-media dengan tujuan untuk memastikan bahwa media yang berpihak pada kepentingan publik memiliki perangkat dan sumber daya yang dibutuhkan untuk bisa bertahan dan menghindari agar tidak terperangkap dalam kepentingan terselubung jangka pendek, dan untuk berkembang pesat dalam jangka panjang.

Penerima hibah yang memenuhi syarat: Organisasi media dari Indonesia yang memenuhi syarat akan dipertimbangkan.

Organisasi media yang ingin dipertimbangkan untuk program cohort Indonesia dapat mengirimkan pernyataan minat pada tautan ini paling lambat 30 Agustus 2024. 

 

The International Fund for Public Interest Media has launched a new grant program to support a select group of media outlets in Indonesia over the coming three years. The grant will focus on providing strategic guidance and financial assistance to media at risk of extinction, and those looking to innovate and address structural market challenges.

The cohort program, which will begin to fund a group of new grantees this year, aims to provide media organizations in Indonesia with the necessary tools to continue creating impactful journalism and secure their long-term success. Over three years, the International Fund will provide core grant funding in tandem with strategic planning, management consultation and technical support from industry experts. 

The International Fund is a multilateral fund designed to support public interest media in low- and middle-income countries through direct grants to support long-term sustainability. We support media organizations with the goal of ensuring that public interest media have the tools and resources needed to survive and to avoid capture by vested interests in the short term, and to thrive in the long term.

Eligible Markets: Media organizations from Indonesia will be eligible for consideration.

Media organizations wishing to be considered for the Indonesian cohort program can submit expressions of interest here by Aug 30, 2024.
